Construction of NPP in Kazakhstan discussed, final decision on contractor lies with Astana - Putin

ASTANA. Nov 28 (Interfax) - The construction of a nuclear power plant (NPP) in Kazakhstan was discussed during bilateral negotiations, and the final decision on contractors will be made by Kazakhstan, Russian President Vladimir Putin told reporters following his visit to Kazakhstan.
