Nov 28 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The heads of states participating in the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) confirmed at the summit in Astana their determination to act together in order to prevent challenges and threats to collective security, Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said.
