Karaganda court sentences prison officer to two years in jail for torture

ASTANA. Nov 27 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - A court in Karaganda has sentenced an employee of the Karaganda and Ulytau regional penitentiary department to two years in prison for torturing a prisoner, the press service of the General Prosecutor's Office reported on Wednesday.
