MOSCOW. Nov 26 (Interfax) - Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan will not attend the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) summit in Astana on November 28, but Moscow hopes that Yerevan will resume cooperation with this organization sooner or later, Russian presidential aide Yury Ushakov said.
