Kazakhstan sets guarantee deposit for privatization auctions at 15% of initial price

ASTANA. Nov 26 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan has revised its privatization rules, requiring participants in auctions to provide a guarantee deposit equivalent to 15% of the initial price of the privatized asset.
