Putin signs into law bill on tougher liability for organization of illegal migration

MOSCOW. Nov 12 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed into law a bill classifying as a felony the organization of illegal migration by an organized crime group or for the purpose of committing grave or very grave crimes.
