Special commission investigates Mi-8 helicopter crash; technical malfunction suspected

ASTANA. Nov 11 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - A special commission, led by Deputy Defense Minister and Commander of the Air Defense Forces, Lieutenant General Daulet Kosanov, arrived at the site of the Mi-8 helicopter crash in Kazakhstan’s Aktobe region.
