Kyrgyzstan takes over Organization of Turkic States presidency

BISHKEK. Nov 6 (Interfax) - The member countries of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) signed 16 documents based on the outcomes of the summit in Bishkek, where Kyrgyzstan also took over the OTS presidency, Kyrgyz Foreign Minister Jeenbek Kulubayev told reporters on Wednesday.
