Turkic-speaking states ink in Bishkek civil defense agreement

ASTANA. Nov 6 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – The countries participating in the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) signed during the 11th summit of the organization, which was held in Bishkek on Wednesday, an agreement on the creation of a civil defense mechanism, the Kazakh Ministry of Emergency Situations said in a press release.
